Job Title: Freelance Odoo Implementer
Engagement Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Project Duration: 3 Months
Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 (Project-Based)
Location: Remote / On-site (Bijwasan Warehouse, Delhi – if required)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementer on a freelance basis to lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of the Odoo ERP system. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational requirements into efficient ERP workflows.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying Odoo across functions such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, and CRM.
Scope of Work:- Complete end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation based on business requirements
- Analyze existing processes and recommend ERP-based solutions for efficiency
- Configure and customize Odoo modules as per company's needs
- Set up workflows for Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting
- Data migration from existing systems (Excel/manual) into Odoo
- Integration of different modules to ensure smooth data flow
- User role creation, access control, and system security setup
- Testing, debugging, and system optimization
- Provide user training and documentation for internal teams
- Offer post-implementation support during the project duration
Key Responsibilities:- Understand business operations and map them into Odoo functionalities
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within the defined timeline
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Warehouse)
- Identify gaps and provide scalable solutions within Odoo
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations and processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide quick resolutions
Requirements:- Proven experience in Odoo implementation (minimum 2–4 projects completed)
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting)
- Experience in Odoo customization and basic development (Python/XML preferred)
- Understanding of business workflows and ERP best practices
- Experience in data migration and system integration
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in warehouse / e-commerce / automobile industry
- Prior freelance or project-based implementation experience
- Familiarity with Odoo Community and Enterprise versions
Deliverables:- Fully functional and configured Odoo ERP system
- Completed module setup as per business requirements
- Data migration and validation
- User training sessions and SOP documentation
- Smooth handover with minimal dependency
