Role Description
Primacy Infotech is seeking a full-time Odoo Functional Consultant specializing in Finance and Controlling (FiCo) for an on-site position in our Kolkata office. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements in order to provide tailored Odoo ERP solutions. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Odoo modules for financial and operational needs, advising clients on optimal business workflows, providing training and documentation, troubleshooting technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, process optimization, and understanding complex financial systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of business processes for finance and operations, including accounting, reporting, and ERP workflows
- Consulting experience with Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and customization
- Familiarity with finance-related functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Background in Odoo ERP and certifications in Odoo would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
