Odoo Functional Consultant (2+ Years Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Remote
We're looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure and optimize Odoo modules
- Conduct client workshops, solution demos, and user training
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations
- Manage UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of ERP implementation experience with strong Odoo expertise
- Hands-on experience with Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR, Projects, Manufacturing, and POS
- Strong business process mapping and solution design skills
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading Odoo implementation projects
