Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced and professional Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation and project management.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong functional knowledge of Odoo, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage projects from requirement gathering to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into appropriate Odoo solutions.
- Understand and document existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Odoo developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, system demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
- Coordinate Odoo configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Identify project risks and operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and successful project delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering Odoo implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functional workflows and business processes.
- Good knowledge of Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and related modules.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation processes and project lifecycle.
