We are seeking for a immediate joiner experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, implement ERP solutions, and provide functional support to clients. The candidate will act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to ensure successful ERP implementation using Odoo.
🔹Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client business requirements
Conduct Odoo product demonstrations
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Perform gap analysis and solution mapping
Configure standard Odoo modules
Coordinate with technical developers for customization
Conduct UAT and ensure smooth implementation
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
Assist in data migration and system configuration
Ensure timely delivery of projects
Functional Knowledge Required
ERP & Business Process Understanding
End-to-end ERP workflow knowledge
Business process mapping and re-engineering
Requirement gathering & documentation
Cross-module integration understanding
🔹Required Skills
Strong ERP domain knowledge
Excellent communication & documentation skills
Client handling and presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects
💼 Experience: 3 -5 year
