RFMW Innovations Lab is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant to lead and support our ongoing enterprise resource planning implementation across our Bangalore and Hyderabad facilities.
We're a defense and RF/microwave technology company in the middle of a company-wide digital transformation — rolling out Odoo across Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and HR — alongside a parallel ISO 9001:2015 certification effort. This is a chance to own real, high-visibility implementation work rather than a small piece of a much larger, already-decided system.
What you'll be doing:
● Leading configuration, customization, and deployment of Odoo modules (Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing/MRP, Quality, Accounting, HR) tailored to a manufacturing and quality-driven environment
● Mapping existing business processes to Odoo workflows, and re-engineering processes where the current approach doesn't translate well
● Managing data migration, third-party integrations, and user training/adoption
● Troubleshooting and providing ongoing post-go-live support
● Working closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to ensure the system reflects how the business actually runs — not just how it's documented
What you bring:
● 5+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience, ideally across multiple modules
● Strong understanding of ERP fundamentals: inventory management, procurement, manufacturing/production planning, and financial workflows
● Experience with Odoo customization (Python/XML) is a strong plus
● Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or regulated/quality-driven industry is highly valued
● Excellent communication skills — you'll be translating between technical configuration and non-technical stakeholders regularly
