Job Title: Odoo Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with strong skills in development, customization, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for building Odoo modules, maintaining existing implementations, and providing functional & technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo Development
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (v13+ preferred)
- Customize Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, C
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via REST APIs
- Perform database design and optimization (PostgreSQL)
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Odoo applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional & technical issues
- Handle bug fixes, performance tuning, and system enhancements
- Support upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments
- Coordinate with functional consultants and end users
Testing & Deployment
- Perform unit testing and UAT support
- Deploy solutions on on-premise or cloud servers (Linux)
- Ensure system stability, security, and performance
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Framework
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports
- Experience in Linux server administration
- Knowledge of Git/version control
Functional & Soft Skills
- Good understanding of business processes
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills (client interaction)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to support production issues when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo migrations and upgrades
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean)
- Odoo certification is a plus
