Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Associate Technical Manager to drive the design, development, and implementation of Odoo-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with functional understanding across key business domains such as Supply Chain and Manufacturing. This role requires leadership in development, system optimization, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of Odoo modules and solutions
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript
- Handle end-to-end feature development and system expansion initiatives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the system
- Configure, deploy, and manage Odoo environments on cloud platforms such as AWS and Odoo.sh
- Handle server setup, hosting, and maintenance including scaling, backups, and security
- Manage deployment pipelines, version control, and CI/CD processes for Odoo applications
- Monitor server performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the system
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Functional Expertise Required o Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and Inventory flows o Experience with Manufacturing processes, including:
- Production workflows
- Maintenance processes and Quality checks
- Technical Skills Required
o Strong proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript o Knowledge in Odoo framework, ORM, and architecture
o Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
o Experience in writing SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures
o Understanding of server environments and deployment
o Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo development
o Proven experience in delivering multiple Odoo implementation projects
o Prior experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role is preferred
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Odoo Official Certification (v14 or higher).
• Experience with Git version control and pull request workflows.
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing or Trading business processes.
