- IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- 10-12 years of experience on operations management, facilities management, or site administration preferably in an IT/ITES/BPO or software development environment
- Proven track record of managing day-to-day operations of a facility or ODC, including resource planning, vendor management and infrastructure upkeep.
- Experience in managing compliance standards, audit readiness, conflict resolution.
