We are looking for a professional who can bring together the best of Organization Development, Learning Design, and Client Management.

We are looking for someone who can understand client needs deeply, design the right OD and learning interventions, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple projects.

What you will do

• Understand client requirements across training, people development, and organization effectiveness
• Diagnose people and performance challenges through discussions, surveys, and organizational studies
• Design and execute OD interventions such as performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, competency frameworks, and role clarity exercises
• Create job descriptions, competency assessments, and organization surveys for client organizations
• Build customized learning solutions and program concepts based on client needs
• Create proposals and tailor program content for different client contexts
• Coordinate with trainers and support Train-the-Trainer initiatives along with senior consultants
• Conduct pre- and post-program assessments to evaluate effectiveness
• Track participant progress and create dashboards and reports
• Manage project timelines, client expectations, and service delivery quality
• Engage clients confidently, ask the right questions, and influence outcomes through thoughtful solutions

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• MBA in HR
• Strong understanding of OD concepts
• Good working knowledge of HR and people development processes
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong planning, coordination, and project management ability
• Strong listening, questioning, and client engagement skills
• Goal-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
• Knowledge of Hindi or multiple languages will be an added advantage
