As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will be responsible for creating engaging in-store experiences and helping customers find the right products. You will support sales, merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

Drive sales through effective product demonstration and upselling

Assist in billing (POS), stock handling, merchandising, and store operations

Maintain store standards including cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising

Support the team in achieving store sales targets and KPIs

Stay updated on new product launches, collections, and promotions

Follow company policies related to inventory control and loss prevention

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store functioning

6 days working with a rotational week off
