Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and off-boarding, including setting up email accounts.
- Perform routine updates, security patches, and monitor system logs for irregularities.
- Physical installation, cabling, and configuration of servers, switches, and routers.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incident resolutions, and system configuration changes.
- Familiar with various types of OS (windows, mac and Linux).
