Operations Manager

Octa Food is a leading provider of food products in the Gulf region. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing production processes. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness - Monitoring production performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement - Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations - Implementing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment - Supervising and motivating a team of production personnel - Analyzing data and generating reports to support decision-making The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, along with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the food processing industry.
