About the role

Key Responsibilities: Liaising with Sales and Finance staff to ensure on-time and accurate billing of our customers. Ensuring customers are billed correctly for services offered. Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail. Communicate with customers to answer questions. Prepare and submit statements. Essential Hiring Criteria: Proven experience as billing administrator or similar position. Proficient in MS office and data entry. Microsoft Dynamics an added advantage. Comfortable with mathematics and financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great attention to detail. Confidentiality and trustworthiness. Excellent ability to organise and coordinate tasks.
