About the role

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is the sole Japanese overseas container liner shipping operator, formed through the integration of the container shipping businesses of the three Japanese shipping companies - Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK Line), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha ('K' Line). As the Japanese general agent of ONE, Ocean Network Express Japan (ONE JAPAN) is responsible for cargo solicitation, ship operations, and back-office support functions to facilitate the container shipping business. Container shipping is an essential social infrastructure that transports a wide range of goods, from clothing to machinery, tires to food, supporting the economic activities and daily lives of people in Japan and around the world. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 disruption, we have overcome the challenges as a united team, and are now returning to our fundamental mission of providing stable international maritime transport services to support people's daily lives. We are a hybrid carrier, inheriting the service quality unique to Japan and the world's 6th largest transportation capacity, and are building our presence in international trade.
