Job Title: OCD Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate OCD Specialist to provide remote mental health support to individuals experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. The ideal candidate will have experience in evidence-based therapies and a strong ability to deliver virtual care effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online therapy sessions via video, voice, or chat
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based approaches such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families
- Collaborate with psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals when required
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling
- Relevant license or certification to practice therapy
- 1–5+ years of experience in treating OCD or anxiety disorders
- Strong understanding of CBT and ERP techniques
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in remote/online therapy
- Certification in CBT or ERP
- Experience handling international clients
- Multilingual skills (optional)
