Role Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time clinical role in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The Therapists will conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, provide hands-on rehabilitation services, and assist individuals in improving their daily living skills. The therapist will collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective outcomes and contribute to the overall well-being of clients.
Qualifications
- BOT/MOT & BASLP/MASLP with the ability to design and execute bespoke treatment plans
- Knowledge of Rehabilitation techniques and experience in supporting patients to regain independence
- Strong focus on catering to the developmental needs of children and adult clients.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with individuals who require early intervention services is a plus
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to adapt therapy plans based on progress
