Role Description
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualised therapy interventions for children/clients to improve motor, sensory, and cognitive functioning. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments and develop goal-oriented therapy plans
- Deliver and monitor therapy sessions; modify interventions based on progress
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home programs and rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment and materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Relevant pediatric experience preferred
Skills
- Clinical assessment and intervention planning
- Knowledge of OT approaches (SI, NDT, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage children effectively
