Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Perintalmanna. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with children with special needs, assessing their individual requirements and designing personalized therapy plans to promote developmental progress. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions, conducting evaluations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with families and other professionals. The role focuses on helping children achieve greater independence and improving their overall quality of life within a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and colleagues
- Passion for working with children with special needs and an empathetic approach
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Relevant certifications and licenses required by local regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans is a plus
