Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Gurugram. The Occupational Therapist will work with children to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs aimed at improving their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities include using evidence-based practices to support child rehabilitation, engaging with children through therapeutic activities, and collaborating with families to ensure holistic care. The role also involves creating individualized intervention plans and monitoring progress continuously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development principles
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
- Understanding of medical practices related to Occupational Therapy
- Relevant professional certification or degree in Occupational Therapy
- A passion for working with children and helping them grow to their potential
- Ability to collaborate and adapt therapy plans as per individual needs
- Previous experience in a similar role or with children with special needs is a plus
