Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for designing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans, supporting children’s developmental progress, and collaborating with parents and caregivers. The role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy goals, providing hands-on therapy sessions, and documenting progress toward achieving functional independence and confidence in children. Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy practices and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
- Experience working with pediatric clients and understanding their unique developmental needs
- Effective communication skills to interact with children, families, and team members
- Understanding of medical and therapeutic principles related to occupational health
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Occupational Therapy and related fields
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs
- Prior experience in similar therapeutic roles is highly advantageous
