Company Description Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary child development center focused on the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children. The center provides compassionate, evidence-based services that help children reach their full potential through individualized intervention plans. A diverse team of specialists offers developmental assessment, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, ABA therapy, sensory integration, special education, early intervention programs, and parent guidance. Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and intervention services to children with diverse developmental, sensory, and functional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and clinical evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in daily activities. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. The therapist will maintain accurate documentation, contribute to parent education and counseling, and participate in case discussions and program development. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre in Noida.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and pediatric rehabilitation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to understand developmental conditions, comorbidities, and holistic child health.
- Candidates should possess experience in Rehabilitation, focusing on functional independence, sensory integration, and participation in daily activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team, including clear documentation and reporting.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience working in pediatric settings, child development centers, or early intervention programs is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain ethical, child-centered practice.
