Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Noida. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement effective therapy programs to enhance the development of children with diverse needs. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating developmental challenges, designing personalized therapy plans, working collaboratively with other specialists, and guiding families in providing supportive home environments. The role also involves keeping records of progress and regularly updating intervention strategies based on individual progress.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and its application to support child development
- Understanding of principles related to Pediatrics and Rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent certification)
- Passion for working with children and creating positive outcomes
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual needs
- Knowledge of developmental disorders and early intervention strategies is an advantage
