Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Occupational Therapist role based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and provide tailored therapy plans for clients dealing with neurological conditions. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating rehabilitation strategies, collaborating with caregivers, and maintaining accurate records to track progress. The role requires a proactive approach to client care, creative problem-solving, and an empathetic mindset.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, with a solid understanding of rehabilitation techniques
- Knowledge of medicine and therapeutic methods for neurological or pediatric care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, caregivers, and team members
- Experience working with pediatric or neurological patient populations is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in accordance with local regulations
- Empathy, adaptability, and a patient-centric approach to therapy
