Company Description MTW Pediatric Therapy Services LLP is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center in Bengaluru dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays. Led by senior Speech-Language Pathologist Ms. Aneesya Rajan, the center offers Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and Behavioral support. The team follows an evidence-based, child-centered approach to help children communicate, learn, and grow with confidence. MTW works closely with families, building meaningful milestones through collaborative care. Professionals joining MTW will be part of a supportive, interdisciplinary environment focused on quality outcomes for children.
Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide direct, on-site therapy services to pediatric clients at our Bengaluru center in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve daily living, play, and school-related skills. The role involves collaborating with speech therapists, special educators, and behavioral professionals, as well as maintaining clear documentation of assessments, goals, and progress. The Occupational Therapist will actively engage and coach families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home and school, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive, child-centered clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and pediatric treatment.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation to understand developmental conditions and multidisciplinary care.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and an interdisciplinary team.
- Candidates should possess experience or training in Pediatrics, with a focus on developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Relevant registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric setting and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy or internships in child-focused settings is highly beneficial.
