Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Occupational Therapist based in New Delhi. The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide tailored therapeutic interventions to children with diverse needs, focusing on improving their motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living abilities. The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, creating individualized care plans, and working closely with parents or caregivers to ensure consistent progress and a supportive environment for the child.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including designing personalized therapeutic interventions.
- Experience in Pediatrics, with a strong understanding of child development and working with children with diverse needs.
- Knowledge of Rehabilitation strategies for motor control, sensory integration, and daily living skills.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and a multi-disciplinary team.
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or a similar field, with certification or registration from a recognized professional body.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
- Experience in working within a multicultural or international context is an asset.
