Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement tailored therapeutic programs to support patients recovering from physical and mental health challenges. Responsibilities also include working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, providing rehabilitation strategies, and focusing on patients across different age groups, including children. The role is essential in helping patients enhance their ability to perform daily activities and improve overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and experience in Rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge of Medicine as it relates to patient care and recovery processes
- Experience in working with diverse age groups, with a focus on Pediatrics
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and interact with patients and families
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping patients achieve their goals
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with relevant licensure or certification
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
