Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Thrissur. The Occupational Therapist will assess, develop, and execute therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-quality rehabilitation services, focusing on physical, developmental, and neurological conditions in children. The Occupational Therapist will also collaborate with families to ensure effective therapy outcomes and maintain patient progress records.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, including developing and implementing customized rehabilitation plans
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and experience working with children with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Down Syndrome
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of rehabilitation processes and basic principles of Medicine as they relate to therapy
- Relevant certification or licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Experience in similar rehabilitation settings or with children will be an advantage
