Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience assessing and treating children with neurodevelopmental conditions including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Developmental Delay
- Sensory Processing Disorders
- Learning Difficulties
- Cerebral Palsy
- Genetic & Neurological Conditions

Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments
- Evaluate sensory processing, motor skills, ADLs, play skills and executive functioning
- Develop individualized therapy goals
- Prepare detailed assessment reports
Treatment Planning
- Design evidence-based Individualized Therapy Plans (ITPs)
- Establish measurable short and long-term goals
- Continuously review and modify treatment plans
Therapeutic Intervention
Deliver engaging, play-based therapy sessions focusing on:
- Sensory Integration
- Fine Motor Skills
- Gross Motor Development
- Visual Motor Integration
- Handwriting Readiness
- Executive Functioning
- Emotional Regulation
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Sensory & Behaviour Management
Implement evidence-based strategies to improve:
- Attention
- Self-regulation
- Sensory modulation
- Behaviour management
- Functional independence
Parent Coaching
Educate and empower parents through:
- Home programs
- Therapy carryover strategies
- Progress reviews
- Family counselling and education
- Collaborative goal setting
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Speech & Language Therapists
- Behaviour Therapists
- Special Educators
- Consulting Paediatricians
- Clinical Leadership Team
to ensure holistic intervention.
Documentation
Maintain accurate documentation including:
- Assessment reports
- D session notes
- Progress reports
- Goal reviews
- Parent feedback
- Discharge summaries
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) – mandatory
- Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) preferred
Experience
- 2+ years in Pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred
- Freshers with exceptional Pediatric internship experience may also apply
Clinical Expertise
Experience working with children diagnosed with:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Developmental Delay
- Sensory Integration Dysfunction
- Learning Disabilities
Preferred Certifications
Additional certifications (Are an advantage)
