Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Hyderabad. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for children, delivering targeted therapies, and supporting the development of motor, cognitive, and sensory processing skills. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining detailed records, and communicating progress and strategies with families to support therapy goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy, including designing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children with developmental challenges.
- Knowledge in areas of Medicine and Rehabilitation to support holistic therapeutic approaches for enhancing physical and mental well-being.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding of therapy goals.
- Experience in Pediatrics, with an understanding of child development and age-appropriate interventions.
- Proficient in maintaining detailed documentation and goal-setting for progress evaluation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Valid professional certification or licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- Prior experience in working with children with developmental or behavioural challenges is a plus.
