Arthashastra School is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to support children with diverse learning and developmental needs. If you are passionate about helping children build independence and improve their functional skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Improve children's sensory, motor, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach.
