Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized therapy sessions to support children’s developmental needs, assess functional abilities, and collaborate with caregivers to create tailored rehabilitation plans. The role also includes working with interdisciplinary teams to address pediatrics-focused therapy goals and ensure progress toward milestones.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Basic understanding of Medicine as it relates to functional care
- Pediatrics experience with a focus on developmental challenges
- Strong Communication skills for working with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to assess and track therapeutic progress effectively
- Certification or relevant licensing in Occupational Therapy
- Empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs
