Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or automation.
Design system specifications, workflows, and functional solutions.
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system enhancements.
Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support system integrations and data migration projects.
Provide technical documentation and end-user training.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
Ensure systems comply with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related IT role.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL knowledge preferred).
Familiarity with system integration and APIs.
Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. preferred).
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
