✅ Major Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis

🔹 Azure Observability Stack & OpenTelemetry

🔹 Python, .NET, Angular & Ansible
🔹 Executive Dashboards & Operational Reporting
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔸 Define and implement enterprise observability strategies and standards.
🔸 Build intelligent monitoring and telemetry frameworks.
🔸 Enable proactive incident detection and automated incident response.
🔸 Drive AIOps capabilities, event correlation, and alert noise reduction.
🔸 Design automation workflows and self-healing mechanisms.
🔸 Collaborate with SRE, infrastructure, application, and service management teams.
🔸 Lead major incident reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.
👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE
✔️ Strong experience in Observability, SRE, AIOps, and cloud platforms.
✔️ Proven expertise in architecture design and enterprise automation.
✔️ Hands-on experience with ITSM integrations and intelligent event management.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
