Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to transform data into actionable business insights. This role requires excellent SQL and Excel skills, familiarity with BI tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions Design and generate reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from complex data sources Collaborate with business units to define metrics and track KPIs Develop and automate regular reports to improve operational efficiency Support A/B testing and other experimentation initiatives Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling concepts Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
