Identify potential untoward incident and report the same to the Security Manager for appropriate action
- Perform a regular survey of premises
- Initiate preliminary investigation into the incidents
- Escalate to the senior personnel if required |
| Participate and assist in conducting the safety audit for allotted premises |
| Maintain safety equipment for allotted premises |
Perform a check of all incoming vehicles in the mall
- Track the vehicles that are entering and leaving the mall |
| Ensure the smooth flow of traffic into and out of the mall premises |
Develop intelligence network to gather information
- Use the network to gather specific information in case of an untoward incident |
Oversee deployment of security guards at the premises
- Maintain day to day briefings of the security guards
- Track attendance of security guards on a daily basis
- Ensure that all security posts are manned at all times |
Ensure only authorized personnel enter the mall for any repair / interior work
- Validate the hot permit, work permit of the people entering the mall
- Ensure authorized personnel are signing the permits and the permits are valid |
| Escort VIPs into and out of the mall as per instructions of the mall management |
| Attend to all the fire calls and alarms |
