Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Oasis Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our Oasis products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features.
Create compelling and differentiated product messaging and content tailored to target audiences across various channels including website, sales collateral, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and materials including product guides, playbooks, and training sessions to empower the sales team and partners to effectively sell Oasis Security solutions.
Drive thought leadership initiatives by creating content such as whitepapers, blogs, and webinars to educate prospects, customers, and the broader cybersecurity community.
Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product marketing within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise Saas products, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive content and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
