We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our founder.
This is a client-facing, part-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage high-touch communications, light prospecting, and marketing coordination.
馃捈 Ideal Background & Skills
路 2+ years in a professional administrative, marketing, or client-facing role
路 Friendly, polished communicator鈥攃omfortable speaking with senior-level professionals and high-net-worth individuals
路 Strong writing and organizational skills
路 Familiarity with financial services, insurance, retirement planning, or Medicare/long-term care is a huge plus
路 Independent, resourceful, and able to take initiative with minimal oversight
路 Comfortable working remotely, with occasional meetings via Zoom or phone

路 Experience with CRMs (like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
路 Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
路 Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

Responsibilities
馃敡 Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Scheduling Support
路 Manage calendar and schedule meetings with clients, prospects, and vendors
路 Send follow-up emails and make light follow-up calls to confirm meetings or check in with warm leads
路 Maintain contact records and simple CRM entries (training available)
Marketing & Research
路 Conduct research for upcoming conferences and speaking opportunities
路 Coordinate follow-ups and outreach post-events or webinars
路 Help manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn and Facebook primarily)
路 Assist with formatting newsletters, outreach messages, or presentations
Sales & Client Engagement
路 Support outreach to new and existing contacts (some warm prospecting)
路 Prepare email drafts and conversation prompts for Cherise's review
路 Represent Echo Consulting professionally in email and phone communications
路 Be proactive in identifying new visibility or client engagement opportunities
