About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Billing & Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate, efficient billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of dental billing, including insurance claims, patient billing, and payment processing.
- Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate claim submission and follow-up.
- Monitor accounts receivable and resolve outstanding balances in a timely manner.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance, payment plans and co-pays.
- Ensure compliance with dental insurance policies, coding standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dental billing and accounts management.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, CDT coding, and claims procedures.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
