Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OAC Architect / Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in report development, data modeling, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating legacy reports to modern analytics platforms and building scalable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Migrate legacy/classic database reports to OAC with optimized data models
- Develop complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for data extraction and transformation
- Perform query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets
- Build and maintain ETL workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting systems
- Support data warehousing and reporting architecture enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL
- Proven experience in report creation and dashboard development
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (Architect-level preferred)
- Experience in migrating legacy reports to OAC
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning techniques
- Good understanding of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to enterprise reporting tools and cloud data platforms
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Engineering roles
- Experience in domains like Finance, Insurance, or Enterprise Reporting
