🚀 We're Hiring | o9 Supply Planning Consultant
Direction Software LLP, is now expanding the Supply Chain practice and looking for an experienced o9 Solutions Consultant to join our growing team.
📌 Role: o9 Supply Planning Consultant
📍 Location: Mumbai
🗓 Experience: 2–7 Years
🔧 What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end o9 implementations covering supply planning modules — MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
• Run requirement workshops with client supply chain and IT teams
• Configure o9 KPI Studio, data models, and planning apps aligned to client business logic
• Integrate o9 with ERP and demand planning systems
• Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and training material
• Support UAT, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization
• Mentor junior consultants on platform best practices
✅ Must-Have
• 2+ years of direct o9 platform experience (supply planning modules)
• Strong grasp of supply chain planning — S&OP, MRP, capacity, safety stock
• Industry exposure in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or pharma
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs
💡 Good to Have
• Prior experience with SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder
• Exposure to o9 data integration (APIs, flat files, SAP connectors)
• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification
