Role Description
The O365 / Azure AD Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure and cloud computing environments, implementing and supporting Microsoft O365 and Azure AD services, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting software development teams in implementing efficient solutions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration and reliable operations of the systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing infrastructure and cloud computing, particularly with Microsoft O365 and Azure AD.
- Strong troubleshooting and integration skills to address complex technical issues effectively.
- Experience in supporting software development and understanding technical architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of identity governance, IT service management, and HR technology ecosystems is a plus.
