We are looking for an experienced Collections Analyst to manage Accounts Receivable, ensure timely collections, reduce DSO, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires hands-on experience in aging analysis, dispute resolution, ERP systems, and reporting
Experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control / Collections
Strong knowledge of O2C cycle
Good exposure to aging analysis & dispute resolution
Cash Application & Allocation
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Credit Management
Credit Insurance & Follow-ups
Cash Flow Forecasting
Order Approvals
Monthly Reporting
Hands on working knowledge of ERP( Tally/SAP/Oracle/Any)
Execute daily O2C operational tasks
Ensure on-time delivery as per SLAs & KPIs
Identify and implement process improvements
