OTC Operations Specialist
Shift timing – 5pm to 2am/6pm to 3am
Work from Office
Role Purpose
- The OTC Operations Specialist/Executive will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, ensuring timely collections, accurate order processing, and seamless billing. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive timely and efficient collections, manage aging reports, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Validate, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Execute billing cycles, manage churn processes, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving disputes promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and provide accurate reporting on OTC metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Collections (primary skill)
- Order Management, Billing & Cancellations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (added advantage if worked with Salesforce and/or Zuora)
- MS Excel and reporting tools (MS Office)
- Language proficiency – Advanced English to manage global client relationship
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
- Basic AI and automation skills (e.g., familiarity with AI-driven analytics, Robotic Process Automation tools)
Experience
- 4-6 years in OTC operations or related finance processes.
- Exposure to global operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
