Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Haryana and Gujrat for an O&M Supervisor. The O&M Supervisor will manage the daily operations and maintenance of biogas and CBG plants, ensuring their optimal performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operational workflow, supervising routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment, training the team, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and preparing operational reports.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of biogas and compressed biogas operations and maintenance practices
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Proficiency in managing and training teams, along with strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of sustainability practices and safety compliance relevant to biogas facilities
- Experience in project management and familiarity with engineering and procurement processes is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site regularly and manage operational challenges in dynamic environments
