Role Description:
The O&M In-Charge (Smart Metering / AMISP) role is a full-time, on-site position based at Jodhpur (Rajasthan). This role is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of smart metering and AMISP systems, ensuring reliable performance, compliance with technical standards, and timely resolution of field issues. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and supervising site teams, planning and monitoring O&M activities, reviewing system performance reports and implementing corrective and preventive maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with project management, technical, and customer service teams to support deployment schedules, optimize system uptime, and improve service quality. The O&M In-Charge is also expected to contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives related to smart metering operations.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
8-15 Years of total experience in power / utility / smart metering projects
Proven experience of leading O&M work
