Job Summary:Enerture Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated O&M Freshers to join our solar operations team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of solar power plants to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in routine inspection and maintenance of solar PV plants
- Monitor plant performance and identify generation issues
- Support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure proper cleaning of solar panels (manual/biochemical)
- Maintain daily logs and reporting of plant performance
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical faults
- Coordinate with senior engineers and site teams
- Follow safety protocols and site guidelines strictly
Eligibility Criteria:- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical components
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
Skills Required:- Basic understanding of solar plant operations
- Problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills
- MS Excel / reporting knowledge
- Team player with learning mindset
