Summary

Data Analysis Incorporated (DAI) is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic recruiting plans to attract world class talent to O’Neil family of companies. You will act as the recruitment expert for all Financial Technology (FinTech) hires and will also recruit for various corporate positions as needed while providing advice, training, and consultation in the area of talent acquisition to business unit leaders for highly specialized, management and difficult to fill positions. Working closely with the unit business leaders, you will understand business goals and objectives and build effective search strategies that complement those priorities. Administers staffing/employment/recruiting programs. Builds a strong talent pipeline to help attract skilled employees for various positions. Focuses on both direct sourcing and consulting clients in filling open roles.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required for opening requisition(s)
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for direct sourcing, advertising and posting positions
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
  • Source candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates on multiple platforms
  • Pre-screen resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools
  • Document candidate evaluation and interview process
  • Negotiate and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers and negotiate offers of employment with candidates
  • Conduct employment background investigation processes
  • Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting talent acquisition campaigns
  • Provide performance feedback on all sourcing tools, methods, external business partnerships
  • Provide strategic guidance and support related to workforce planning to business leaders in collaboration with the People Partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of related experience required 5+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services, Fintech or Asset Management Industry Combination of Corporate & Agency recruiting experience highly desirable
  • Experience using multiple talent acquisition technology platforms

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
