Summary of Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service assistance and face-to-face interaction with clients at their property location (site visits/office visits).
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit the client at their property location
• Build rapport with clients
• Educate clients on property tax services
• Review property/take photos
• Soft selling – offer to add new properties
• Operate electronic handheld device (IPAD)
• Handle inbound/outbound calls as assigned
• Ability to research, investigate and solve issues
• Communicate with other departments and management when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Have the ability for 75% travel within Texas (Harris County)
• Reliable personal vehicle required; applicants must be able to travel directly from their home to client visit locations
• Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel
• On average, employees in this role conduct 6 to 8 client visits per day
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk, stand, and move across various property types for extended periods
• Must be able to carry and operate a tablet/handheld device (iPad) in the field
• Ability to take photographs and conduct visual property inspections outdoors
• Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving between client locations
• Occasional bending, stooping, or stair climbing may be required during property visits
