Backend Developer (4+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience who loves challenges and enjoys building products from the ground up.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Design system architecture and plan scalable solutions for various features and challenges
2. Translate high-level business problems into clean, efficient code
3. Maintain and enhance existing backend code and infrastructure
4. Collaborate with the team to solve problems and brainstorm new ideas
5. Design systems that balance implementation speed with long-term scalability
6. Take ownership of the code and projects you work on

Qualifications and Skills

1. Strong passion for startups and a hunger for continuous learning
2. In-depth knowledge of Django and Django REST Framework
3. Proficiency in Python
4. Basic understanding of machine learning (opportunities to upskill will be provided)
5. Ability to write clean, scalable, and robust code
6. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
7. Basic knowledge of front-end development
8. Strong grasp of RESTful API design
9. Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, PostgreSQL)
